Perfect for collectors and collage artists, this mystery pack includes a selection of 20 vintage labels from Sideshow’s extensive collection of vintage Valmor Products labels.

Started by Morton and Rose Neumann in 1926, the Valmor Products Company operated in Chicago’s South Side for nearly 60 years, creating elegant packaging for perfumes, pomades, and other products sold to minority customers. Featuring the work of noted African-American commercial artist Charles Dawson, Valmor’s products offer a fascinating glimpse into Black beauty standards in the early 20th Century. After Valmor closed in 1984, Ted acquired the company’s stock of original labels, making these exceptional artifacts available to artists and graphic design aficionados alike. Art and packaging from the Valmor Products Company are included in the Smithsonian Institution's collection and were the subject of a 2015 exhibit at the Chicago Cultural Center called Love for Sale. Please note: Not all items shown will be in each mystery pack! Each Valmour Label Mystery Pack contains a random selection of 20 labels, so no two orders will be exactly the same! Selection may vary from box to box, but we’ll always give your money’s worth on our mystery packs.
